Experience

Must Have Skills

Strong experience in SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE-Shipping).

- Hands-on configuration experience in:

- Deliveries and Shipment Processing

- Billing and Output Determination

- Pricing and Shipping Configuration

- Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

- Experience with SAP module integrations (MM, WM/EWM, FI).

- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support experience.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have Skills :

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Exposure to SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP Transportation Management (TM).

Roles and Responsibilities

Configure and support outbound logistics processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), deliveries, shipments, and billing.

- Manage Sales Orders,



Delivery Processing, Picking, Packing, PGI, and Billing activities.

- Configure shipping points, routes, delivery types, pricing, and output determination.

- Support integration with SAP MM, WM/EWM, and FI modules.

- Analyze and resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.

- Work on enhancements, change requests, and process improvements.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
