As a SAP - SAC - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.

Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards.

Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities Leading the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions to meet client needs

Analyzing client requirements and developing data models to support data-driven decision-making

Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BW/4HANA

Overseeing the creation of data visualizations and reports to enhance client insights

Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations

Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance

Collaborating with clients to optimize data management processes and enhance data quality

Utilizing data analysis software to perform complex data analysis and derive valuable insights

Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within data and analytics teams

Confirming data security and compliance within analytics frameworks What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 9-13 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials

Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BW/4HANA

Utilizing data integration and data modeling skills effectively

Excelling in complex data analysis and data visualization

Embracing change and innovation in data-driven consulting

Developing skills in data security and data quality improvement

Mentoring team members in SAP data and analytics solutions
