Role Description The SAP Project Manager should have robust project management credentials and proven SAP upgrade projects experience. SAP Project Manager would be responsible for managing SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects from SAP S/4HANA 1809 to SAP S/4HANA 2025.

Key Responsibilities The Project Manager shall be responsible for:

Overall project planning, governance, and execution Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Coordinating SAP technical, functional, infrastructure, and business teams

Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Planning cutover and production go-live activities Ensuring completion of testing (SIT, UAT, performance,



and regression)

Managing executive steering committee meetings and status reporting Coordinating vendors, partners, and third-party providers

Overseeing Hypercare and project closure Education and Skill-set Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Systems / Computer Science / related A minimum of 10 years of SAP project management experience

Successfully managed at least three SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, or conversion projects, including one upgrade from SAP S/4HANA 1809 to SAP S/4HANA 2025

A valid PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification

Demonstrated experience with SAP Activate, executive stakeholder management, risk and budget management, cutover planning, and post-go-live Hypercare Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex SAP projects on time and within budget Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager

Understanding of SAP HANA database and SAP Basis activities Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite Experience with SAP Readiness Check, Simplification Item Checks, and custom code remediation

Experience with Agile/Hybrid project delivery methodologies

Experience managing global or multi-country SAP projects
