SAP REFX Consultant Work location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 10 + years of Relevant Experience A SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) resource (JD) typically outlines the need for a consultant or specialist to manage and support an organization's real estate processes within the SAP environment. This role requires expertise in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP RE-FX module and its integration with other SAP components, particularly Finance (FI/CO).

Key Responsibilities A SAP RE-FX resource's duties may include:

System Configuration and Maintenance: Configuring and maintaining the SAP RE-FX module to support all real estate management processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Master Data Management: Creating and maintaining essential master data, including business entities, buildings, land, rental objects (units, pooled spaces), and lease contracts.

Transaction Management: Managing real estate transactions such as lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., IFRS 16).

Financial Integration: Working closely with finance teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO, asset accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and controlling modules.

Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting complex user issues via ticket tracking systems, and performing break/fix analysis in a timely manner.





Reporting and Analysis: Generating and analyzing financial reports related to the real estate portfolio and supporting period-end and year-end closing activities.

Process Improvement and Training: Identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and conducting workshops and training sessions for business users.

Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT support, legal, procurement, sales, and technical (ABAP) teams, for system enhancements, data migration, and development activities.
