? Experience: 8+ Years We are looking for an experienced SAP PTM Lead to join our SAP S/4HANA Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing Integration, and end-to-end Plan-to-Produce (PTM) business processes. ? Key Responsibilities

Lead L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA PP, QM, and related Supply Chain modules.

Manage critical incidents (P1/P2), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and SLA compliance.

Support manufacturing operations, MRP Live, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.

Govern master data including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Inspection Plans.

Ensure seamless integration across MM, PM, SD, FI/CO, and PP-PI.

Prepare Functional Specifications (FSDs) for RICEFW developments.

Coordinate Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Mentor junior consultants and act as the primary functional contact for business stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement and provide executive-level status reporting. ? Mandatory Skills
