We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Support Consultant with strong expertise in day-to-day incident management and service request handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
- Handle day-to-day incidents, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Support business users and resolve SAP PM-related issues.
- Participate in implementation and support activities across SAP PM projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Certification.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance functional support.
- Robust knowledge of SAP PM processes and configurations.
- Experience in:
- 1 SAP PM Implementation Project
- 2 SAP PM Support Projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently in a support environment.
- Experience interacting with business users and cross-functional teams.
