Job Title: SAP OpenText xECM Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time/Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP OpenText xECM Consultant who can independently lead and execute SAP DMS to OpenText xECM migration projects. The consultant should possess strong expertise in OpenText xECM, Content Server, ArchiveLink, Business Workspace configuration, metadata mapping, and SAP ECC/S4HANA integration. Key Responsibilities:

Independently analyze source repositories and migration requirements.

Execute end-to-end migration from SAP DMS to OpenText xECM.

Configure Business Workspaces and metadata categories.

Perform ArchiveLink and SAP business object integrations.

Preserve document versions, metadata, and relationships.

Execute migration validation and reconciliation activities.

Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.

Troubleshoot performance and integration issues.

Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer.





Mandatory

Skills

Robust hands-on experience with OpenText xECM for SAP.

Expertise in OpenText Content Server administration and configuration.

Strong knowledge of SAP Document Management System (SAP DMS).

Experience with SAP ArchiveLink configuration and integration.

Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Hands-on experience with Business Object Declarations.

Business Workspace configuration and customization.

Metadata mapping, transformation, and migration strategies.

Content migration, reconciliation, and validation.

Document versioning and lifecycle management.

OTDS (OpenText Directory Services) administration.
