We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead with robust expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.

Client: A global leader renowned for designing, manufacturing, and distributing innovative materials for the construction and industrial markets. Operating in 80+ countries with a significant presence across India, the organization is driving one of its largest global SAP S/4HANA transformation and digital modernization programs. Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA MM implementation and global rollout projects from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand procurement and inventory management requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.

Configure and optimize SAP MM functionalities, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Material Master, Valuation, and Invoice Verification.

Lead solution design workshops and recommend SAP best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams integrating SAP MM with modules such as SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, FICO, and Ariba (where applicable).

Manage functional specifications, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.





Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify opportunities for business process improvements and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SAP MM Lead.

Hands-on experience in at least one or more SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects (Mandatory).

Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration and end-to-end procurement and inventory management processes.

Experience leading full project lifecycle implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Strong knowledge of integration with SAP SD, PP, WM/EWM, QM, and FICO.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience in global or multi-country SAP rollout programs.

Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Procurement, or Central Procurement is an advantage.

SAP MM and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.

Experience working in Agile, Activate, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
