Role & responsibilities

JD-

- Provide technical support for the Kronos Workforce Management system including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to timekeeping scheduling and payroll
- Configure and maintain system settings user accounts and security roles within the Kronos application
- Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end users on Kronos system functionalities and best practices
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades patches and current features
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Provide support for integration with other HR and Payroll systems
