About the Company We are seeking an experienced SAP Joule Consultant to design and deliver training programs across the full Joule ecosystem, including Joule for Business, Joule for Developer, Joule Studio, AI Hub, and the Joule end-user experience. The ideal candidate will bridge technical depth with robust instructional skills, enabling business users, developers, and administrators to effectively adopt and extend SAP's generative AI copilot across enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver structured training curricula covering Joule for Business (embedded AI assistant for SAP applications), Joule for Developer (AI-assisted coding and extension development), Joule Studio (low-code/no-code skill and agent building environment), AI Hub (model and AI capability management), and the general Joule end-user experience.

Conduct hands-on workshops, virtual and in-person sessions, and train-the-trainer programs for varied audiences including business users, functional consultants, developers, and administrators.

Create supporting training materials such as guides, exercises, sample use cases, and assessment content tailored to each Joule persona and skill level.

Stay current with SAP's Joule roadmap and new feature releases,



updating training content and use cases accordingly.

Partner with SAP functional and technical teams to align training with real business processes and to identify practical, role-specific use cases.

Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously refine training effectiveness and content relevance.

Support change management and adoption initiatives by helping end users and developers build confidence and competence with Joule capabilities.

Required Skills Strong working knowledge of the SAP Business AI portfolio, specifically Joule for Business, Joule for Developer, Joule Studio, and AI Hub.

Prior experience delivering technical or functional training, workshops, or enablement programs, ideally within SAP or enterprise software environments.

Understanding of SAP core modules and how Joule integrates with them (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP) is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI and technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning methodologies preferred.

Familiarity with low-code/no-code and generative AI/agent-building concepts is beneficial for the Joule Studio and AI Hub components.

Preferred Skills Prior SAP consulting, functional, or technical delivery background.

Experience training on other SAP BTP or AI-related tools.

SAP certifications relevant to Joule, BTP, or related AI offerings.
