Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Australian Payroll. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration, payroll processing, integrations, and production support. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable payroll solutions while ensuring compliance with business and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
- Implement and maintain Australian Payroll processes.
- Customize payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll functions.
- Integrate SAP HCM Payroll with modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Finance (FI), and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related technical and functional issues.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Follow Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team decisions.
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Mandatory experience in Australian Payroll.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processing, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll configuration.
- Experience integrating SAP HCM Payroll with other SAP modules.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
