 Configure SAP HCM modules based on project scope, such as:

o PA (Personnel Administration)

o OM (Organizational Management)

o Time Management (PT)

o Payroll (PY) (if applicable)

o ESS/MSS (if applicable) Configuration & Process

Knowledge

 Positive configuration exposure in at least one or more:

o PA/OM/PT/PY/ESS-MSS

 Understanding of:

o Personnel actions, dynamic actions, org structures,

workflows (nice to have)

o PCRs, schemas, wage types, time evaluation rules (for

Payroll/Time roles)

Desirable  SAP certification in HCM/SuccessFactors
