Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Human Capital Management modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), and ESS/MSS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP HCM processes while ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into SAP HCM technical solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules including :

1.

Personnel

Administration (PA)

2.

Organizational

Management (OM)

- Time Management (PT)
- Payroll (PY) where applicable

Employee

Self-Service (ESS) / Manager Self-Service (MSS)

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and other project-related documentation.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects.
- Manage change requests and ensure timely delivery of solutions.




- Resolve defects and issues identified during SIT, UAT, and Production support phases.
- Support production deployments and manage transport requests (TRs), including dependency tracking and coordination.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, timelines, and quality requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to achieve project objectives and delivery milestones.

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration across one or more modules :
