Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP HCM Consultant located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The SAP HCM Consultant will configure, implement, and support SAP Human Capital Management modules, including core HR, time management, and payroll-related processes.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, preparing functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams for system enhancements and integrations. The consultant will perform system testing, support data migration, create documentation,



and provide user training and post-go-live support. The role also involves working closely with HR stakeholders to optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve the overall HR technology landscape.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Capital Management and Human Capital, with hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and support.

Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), including HR processes, policies, and workforce administration.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits, payroll-related functionalities, and statutory compliance relevant to HR operations.

Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including requirement analysis, solution design, stakeholder communication, and client-facing engagement.

Relevant experience with SAP HCM implementation or support projects, preferably in enterprise environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.

Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and work in office with clients in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field; SAP certifications in HCM are an advantage.
