About the Role

We are seeking an SAP Functional Delivery Expert (FDE) (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on SAP functional consulting, enterprise business processes, SAP S/4HANA implementations, solution delivery, business process optimization, and AI-generated enterprise content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated SAP functional designs, business process documentation, configuration recommendations, implementation strategies, testing scenarios, and solution delivery documentation. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for enterprise ERP consulting, SAP transformations, and business process automation.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in SAP functional consulting, ERP implementation, business process consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise application delivery. Responsibilities

Create deliverables addressing real-world SAP implementation and enterprise transformation

Review AI-generated business process flows, SAP functional specifications, configuration documents, user stories, test cases, implementation plans, and training materials.

Evaluate enterprise solutions involving SAP S/4HANA modules and cross-functional integrations.





Verify AI-generated recommendations for business process improvements, SAP configurations, testing strategies, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness.

Assess AI-generated deliverables for scalability, maintainability, compliance, and enterprise readiness.

Identify configuration gaps, integration issues, process inefficiencies, documentation errors, and implementation risks.

Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in SAP consulting, enterprise delivery, and business process optimization.

Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Functional Consulting, SAP implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise application delivery.

SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.

Business process analysis and solution design.

SAP configuration and functional documentation.

User acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation.

Reviewing AI-generated SAP documentation and implementation recommendations.

Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP testing tools, and enterprise documentation standards.

Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder communication,



business process documentation, and written English communication skills.

Solid attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise SAP solutions.

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience working with global system integrators, SAP consulting firms, enterprise organizations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), manufacturing companies, retail organizations, financial institutions, or healthcare organizations.

Experience delivering full-cycle SAP implementation, migration, rollout, localization, or transformation projects.

Experience evaluating AI-generated SAP functional specifications, business process documentation, configuration guides, testing artifacts, or implementation strategies.

Familiarity with Generative AI, AI-assisted ERP consulting, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), enterprise copilots, or SAP Joule is highly desirable.

Module-specific SAP certifications (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.)

or equivalent SAP certifications are highly advantageous.
