SAP FICO RAR Consultant (Contract – Remote, India)

Client: US-based Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Work Hours: Must support US business hours until 1:00 PM EST

Location: Remote (India)

Experience - 10+ years

Equipment: Consultant must use their personal laptop

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Consultant to provide functional support for a US-based client. The consultant will manage production issues, drive enhancements, and lead RAR-related workstreams with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver functional expertise in SAP FICO – Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

Support day-to-day production issues, system enhancements, and performance optimization.

Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable SAP RAR solutions.

Lead OCM (Organizational Change Management) activities related to RAR processes.

Manage SD/legacy data migration into RAR.

Configure, validate, and test SAP RAR functionality.





Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Participate in system testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Work independently, manage priorities, and maintain consistent communication with US-based teams.

Required Experience

Solid hands-on experience with SAP RAR in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Solid understanding of integration points with SAP SD, FI, and related modules.

Proven ability to independently lead client conversations, gather detailed requirements, and drive the workstream end-to-end.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.

Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset.
