Role Description This is a contract, in office role for a SAP Fresher based in Coimbatore. The SAP Fresher will assist in SAP implementation and support activities across modules such as SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, and other SAP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client business processes, participating in requirement gathering, assisting in configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP solutions.





The role involves supporting end users, preparing training materials, and helping resolve basic functional and technical issues. The SAP Fresher will collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks, follow established quality standards, and continuously learn SAP products and related technologies.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of SAP concepts and ERP fundamentals, with interest in modules such as SAP Business One, SAP S/4 HANA, or related SAP solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients in a professional manner.

Ability to learn quickly, follow project documentation standards, and work under guidance in a structured project environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or programming concepts is an advantage but not mandatory.

Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and be flexible to adapt to project timelines and client requirements.

Any SAP-related coursework, certification, or internship experience will be considered a plus.
