- Responsible for the implementation of SAP EWM systems, including the configuration of the system, customizing it to meet the organization's specific requirements, and conducting user acceptance testing
- Providing technical support to SAP EWM users, resolving any technical issues that arise and providing guidance on the use of the system
- Monitoring the performance of SAP EWM systems and takes steps to optimize their performance, such as implementing current hardware or reconfiguring existing systems
- Responsible for managing user access to SAP EWM systems, including setting up and maintaining user accounts, assigning roles and authorizations, and monitoring user activity
