Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM 7.x according to business needs, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Support integration of SAP CRM with SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA) and other systems via middleware (PI/PO).
- Participate in the full project lifecycle: Blueprinting, Realization, Testing, Go-Live, and Support.
- Develop functional specifications for workflows, enhancements, reports, and forms.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.
- Work closely with ABAP developers to implement custom solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM 7.x,



including Web UI, NWBC, and CRM Middleware.
- Expertise in CRM processes: Sales, Marketing, Service, Interaction Center.
- Valuable understanding of SAP CRM data model, master data, and business transaction types.
- Experience in partner functions, pricing, campaigns, and service orders.
- Familiarity with CRM integration scenarios with SAP ERP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO).
- Knowledge of configuration, workflows, and personalization in CRM.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
