Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP CO Consultant with 4-8 years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) module to work on implementation, rollout, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end SAP CO implementation and rollout projects.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Configure and customize SAP CO functionalities, including:

Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

Internal Orders (IO)

Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

Product Costing (PC)

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Design and execute business process solutions aligned with client requirements.

Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and cutover activities.

Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.





Support data migration, configuration validation, and go-live activities.

Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Required Skills

4-8 years of experience in SAP CO consulting.

Minimum 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.

Robust expertise in

Cost Center Accounting

Internal Orders

Product Costing

COPA

Profit Center Accounting

Strong SAP FI-CO integration knowledge.

Experience in period-end closing, allocations, assessments, and settlements.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling.

Ability to interact with business stakeholders and conduct workshops.

Preferred Skills

SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

Experience in Central Finance (CFIN) or Margin Analysis.

SAP Fiori exposure.

SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

CA/CMA/ICWA/MBA Finance is an added advantage.
