Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP BPRC design and testing for large-scale SAP projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA business process controls and IT control assessments.
- Expertise in SAP security, automation, and segregation of duty (SoD) controls.
- Full lifecycle experience in Business Process Controls transformation (Strategy, Design, Evaluation, Training, and Monitoring).
- Regulatory compliance experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize SAP business processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects,



and stakeholders in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience working in a global, multi-time zone team.

Work Conditions & Location:

- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work).
- Work Model: Hybrid/Onsite (Based on business requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP BRIM or SAP Risk & Compliance certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
- Exposure to emerging SAP technologies and risk management tools.
