Roles & Responsibilities:

Position 1: SAP BRIM SOM/CI Consultant

- We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM SOM/CI Consultant with proven expertise in implementing SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions, specifically Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end BRIM implementations, integrating with SAP S/4HANA and FI-CA, and supporting subscription-based and usage-based business models.
- The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional teams, and technical developers to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP BRIM solutions.
- 7+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP BRIM experience.
- At least 2 full lifecycle SAP BRIM implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- Experience integrating BRIM with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP FI-CA.

SAP BRIM Solution Design:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for subscription and billing processes.
- Design scalable BRIM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead solution workshops and prepare functional design documentation.
- Configure SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI).

Subscription Order Management (SOM):

- Configure subscription products and subscription contracts.
- Implement subscription lifecycle processes, including:
- Recent subscriptions
- Renewals
- Upgrades
- Downgrades
- Suspensions
- Cancellations
- Configure order orchestration and fulfillment processes.
- Support product catalog and pricing configuration.
- Integrate SOM with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.

Convergent Invoicing (CI):

- Configure billable item processing.
- Configure invoice creation and invoice aggregation.
- Design billing cycles and invoice scheduling.
- Support invoice corrections and reversals.
- Configure invoice simulation and billing processes.
- Integrate CI with SAP FI-CA.

Integration:

- Integrate BRIM components with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP FI-CA




- SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- SAP Convergent Mediation (CM)
- SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI
- Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Support API, IDoc, SOAP, and REST-based integrations.

Implementation & Delivery:

- Participate in all phases of SAP implementation:

- Deployment
- Hypercare
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers and integration teams.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training.

Testing & Support:

- Develop and execute unit, system integration, and user acceptance test cases.
- Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Perform root cause analysis for billing and invoicing issues.

1. Position 2: SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant

- We are seeking an experienced SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) Consultant with strong implementation experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
- The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in billing and invoicing processes, billable item management, invoice aggregation, and integration with SAP FI-CA and SAP S/4HANA.
- 610+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) experience.




- Experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP BRIM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise billing and invoicing processes.
- Experience integrating SAP CI with SAP FI-CA.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.

SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI):

- Configure and implement SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) solutions.
- Configure billable item classes and billable item processing.
- Design and configure invoice creation, invoice aggregation, and invoice distribution.
- Configure billing cycles, invoicing schedules, and invoice variants.
- Support invoice simulation, invoice corrections, reversals, and credit/debit memo processing.
- Configure billing document generation and invoice output.
- Perform billing reconciliation and invoice validation.

SAP BRIM Implementation:

- Participate in end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations.
- Conduct business process workshops and requirement analysis.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Configure BRIM billing and invoicing processes based on business needs.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.
- Collaborate with technical teams during development and testing.

Integration:

- Integrate SAP CI with:
- SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable)
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
- Third-party CRM or order management systems
- Support integration using IDocs, BAPIs, OData services, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.

Testing & Deployment:

- Develop unit, system integration, and user acceptance test scenarios.
- Execute testing and validate billing and invoicing functionality.
- Support defect resolution and regression testing.
- Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Production Support:

- Analyze and resolve production billing and invoicing issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
- Monitor billing jobs and invoice processing performance.
- Support month-end and billing cycle activities.
