Role : SAP Basis & HANA Administrator

Exp : 5-7 Y

Location : Pune (Karadi) | Contract | WFO - Hybrid 2 days Office

We're looking for a SAP Basis & HANA Administrator to manage SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP HANA environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and business continuity for enterprise applications.

- Background Verification (BGV) is Mandatory

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 years of SAP Basis Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA administration.
- Expertise in SAP HANA 2.0 administration (MDC & Non-MDC).
- Experience with SAP HANA installation, upgrades, migrations, and patching.
- Solid knowledge of SAP Transport Management System (TMS).




- Hands-on experience with :
- Kernel Upgrades
- SPAM/SAINT
- Support Package Stack (SPS)
- Experience performing SAP system copies and refreshes.
- Expertise in SAP HANA System Replication (HSR), HA, and Disaster Recovery.
- Strong experience in Backup & Recovery using Backint and PITR.
- Linux Administration experience (SUSE / Red Hat).
- Experience with Shell or Python scripting for automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and production support skills.
