SAP Digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) is a natural career progression for SAP Basis consultants aspiring to become Service Delivery Managers, Customer Success Managers, or Technical Account Managers. As the primary point of contact for SAP RISE customers, dCEMs provide technical guidance, coordinate services, and help customers maximize the value of their SAP landscape while gaining exposure to S/4HANA, HANA, SaaS integrations, and hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

? Cloud Architecture Advisory (CAA) is a Technical Pre-Sales role focused on helping customers transition to SAP Private Cloud. CAA professionals work closely with customers and sales teams to assess existing SAP landscapes, define migration strategies, and provide advisory on architecture, sizing, HA/DR, cloud technologies, and business continuity requirements.

Both roles offer exposure to the latest SAP technologies, direct customer engagement, cloud transformation initiatives, and opportunities to work with multiple enterprise customers across industries. Key Skills Required

✔ Minimum 3+ years of SAP Basis experience

✔ Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and HANA Database

✔ Experience in SAP Upgrades and Implementations (Mandatory)

✔ Customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
