In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the TAMS & ITO team you will oversee the development of impactful tax solutions that drive client success. As a Manager you will leverage your knowledge to mentor junior staff, maintaining exceptional standards of project management and client engagement while fostering meaningful relationships within the industry.

Responsibilities

- Maintain compliance and effectiveness in tax processes
- Lead client engagement initiatives and manage expectations

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience in Indirect Tax
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Project Management certification
- Excelling in project management and coordination
- Demonstrating problem-solving skills for client solutions
- Managing configurations related to Tax Business Processes
- Utilizing Tax Engine experience with Vertex, Avalara, OneSource, Sovos
- Performing testing in ERP systems and Tax Engines
- Identifying root causes of calculation issues in Oracle or SAP
- Supporting client integrations through communication and project management
