? Kochi, Kerala | Full-time We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of a premium nail salon in Kochi. Key Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of nail technicians and front desk staff.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain high service standards.
- Manage appointment scheduling and daily operations.
- Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales, expenses, and store performance against targets.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or a service-based business.

- Strong experience managing staff, customer service, inventory, and daily operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and scheduling software.




- Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (spoken) to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Previous experience in a salon or spa is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Growth - Starting salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.

- Performance-based salary review with incremental increases during the first three months for the right candidate.
