- Manage day-to-day salon operations.

- Lead and motivate the salon team.

- Handle appointments and client relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Manage inventory and retail sales.

- Ensure high standards of hygiene and customer service.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Salon Manager or Assistant Manager.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of salon software and appointment management.

- Ability to drive sales and retail targets.

- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Education

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience

- Sales management: 2 years (Required)

Language

- English (Required)

Work Location: In person
