- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Sports Sales.
- Experience in selling sports products such as bats, rackets, gym equipment, sportswear, fitness products, and other sports-related items.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate current leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Good knowledge of the sports industry, products, and market trends.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and time management skills.





Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Meet customers and explain products effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
