Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging Salesforce training sessions in both virtual and classroom environments.

Guide learners from Salesforce fundamentals to advanced concepts through hands-on, project-based learning.

Design and mentor learners on real-time, industry-relevant Salesforce projects.

Own end-to-end batch delivery, including planning, assessments, learner progress, and performance tracking.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide technical guidance during labs and projects.

Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content management and learner tracking.

Continuously enhance training content to align with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learners are industry-ready and placement-focused.

Mentor junior trainers and contribute to continuous improvement of the Salesforce learning track.

Required Skills





Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Development.

Practical experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience working with Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or similar).

Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Exposure to real-time Salesforce implementation projects.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.

English and Hindi communication is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or other Cloud certifications.

Prior experience delivering instructor-led or classroom training.

Passion for mentoring and enabling learner success.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical Salesforce experience).
