Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Cases, Queues, and escalation-related configuration.

Configure and manage service operations features such as Entitlements and Milestones to support end-to-end service workflows.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and implement supporting automation using Flows and validation logic.

Implement and customize Omni-Channel for intelligent case routing and multi-channel customer support.

Support integration between Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) objects (e.g., Cases and Work Orders), including testing, deployment, and production support.

Skills Required





4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.

SOQL and Apex development for Salesforce data access and business logic.

Lightning Web Components (LWC) development for modern Salesforce UI experiences.

Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) knowledge including Work Orders and Service Appointments.

Service Cloud development experience with deployment and release support using Change Sets and version control workflows.

Valuable to Have

Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Milestones configuration experience.

Change Sets, Git, and Flosum for deployment and source control.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
