We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Testing, API Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Manual/Functional Testing. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of QA/testing experience and a proven track record of working in Agile environments, validating complex enterprise applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing

- Strong experience in Salesforce Testing

- Hands-on experience with REST API Testing

- Strong understanding of System Integration Testing (SIT)

- Extensive experience in Manual Testing and Functional Testing

- Experience with TestRail for test case management and execution tracking

- Robust knowledge of Gherkin syntax and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices

- Experience working with JIRA for defect tracking and Agile project management

- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT)





Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

- Perform Salesforce application testing, including functional and integration validation.

- Execute REST API testing and validate data flow between integrated systems.

- Perform SIT testing across multiple enterprise applications.

- Create, maintain, and manage test cases using TestRail.

- Write and review BDD scenarios using Gherkin syntax.

- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.

- Support UAT/FAT activities and ensure business requirements are validated.

- Perform exploratory and risk-based testing to identify potential issues.

- Provide testing support throughout Agile development and release cycles.
