Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure FSC features including Households, Financial Accounts, Client Profiles, Relationship Groups, Referrals, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries .
- Customize Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers to implement Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and custom integrations where required.
- Integrate Salesforce FSC with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and middleware platforms.
- Support data migration, deployment, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production releases.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support for business-critical applications.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow security, governance, compliance, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

- 8–12 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting.




- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
- Deep understanding of financial services business processes including Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Lending .
- Experience configuring FSC standard objects, data models, and business processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow , Process Automation, Reports, Dashboards, and Security Model.
- Familiarity with Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce customization concepts.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment, data migration, and release management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Skilled or Salesforce Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in global financial services organizations or large-scale Salesforce transformation projects.
