Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct client workshops, solution demonstrations, and design discussions.

Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet business needs.





Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

Lead project teams and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently manage client communications.
