Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to support regional marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and SFMC platform operations across multiple APAC markets, with a primary focus on Vietnam.

Mandatory Skill-set

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC);
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns using SFMC;
- Strong hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Content Builder, and Email Studio;
- Good working knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and campaign data management;
- Experience supporting email marketing, customer engagement, cross-sell, and marketing automation campaigns;
- Solid troubleshooting and production support skills, with the ability to resolve campaign and platform issues efficiently;
- Comfortable working with regional and cross-functional teams across multiple markets;
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely campaign delivery.

Desired Skill-set

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively;
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, test,



and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC);
- Build and manage campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Content Builder, and Email Studio;
- Create and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation and campaign data preparation;
- Execute campaign testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks before deployment;
- Provide BAU and technical support for regional marketing campaigns and SFMC platform activities;
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, and regional teams to deliver successful customer engagement initiatives;
- Support SFMC platform enhancements, security updates, and knowledge transfer by documenting campaign processes and technical configurations.
