Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize sales workflows using Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Configure Sales Cloud features including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Campaigns, Forecasting, and Reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Operations teams for successful solution design and adoption
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce platform architecture
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and automation tools
- Support data migration and integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support
- Work with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party applications to extend platform capabilities
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce, with 3+ years in Sales Cloud implementations
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications are a plus
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
- Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, Forecasting, CPQ)
- Proficient in declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and technical tools (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, LWC)
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with integration/data migration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Salesforce APIs
