Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Service Cloud customization. The candidate should be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

Customize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Knowledge, Entitlements, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, CTI, and Service Console.

Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

Build and maintain Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules.

Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.

Optimize application performance and ensure platform scalability.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.





Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement business requirements.

Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration including Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Security Model.

Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, VS Code, and CI/CD deployment processes.

Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI Integration, Knowledge Management, and Einstein for Service.

Experience with Experience Cloud is an added advantage.

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred.

Notice Period

Immediate Joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
