About The Role This is a paid remote internship role within the Salesforce Internship Program at eLearning IT, designed to provide aspiring professionals with practical industry experience. The program offers tracks in Admin, Developer, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, allowing interns to specialize based on their interests and career aspirations. Interns will assist with Salesforce configuration and administration tasks, such as setting up user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring data integrity.

They will contribute to the development and customization of Salesforce applications, support the creation of dashboards and reports, and participate in marketing automation workflows within Marketing Cloud. Additionally, interns may engage in data analysis, system integration, and documentation of processes. Working closely with mentors and cross-functional teams on real projects, interns will gain hands-on experience, industry insights, and technical skills that serve as a foundation for future roles in Salesforce administration, development, or marketing automation.

Qualifications Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills,



including user management and basic configuration.
