Job Summary

Kefaru Tech is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering scalable Salesforce solutions and working in dynamic, quick-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities (Sales & Service Cloud Focus)

· Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Forecasting) and Service Cloud (Cases, Entitlements, SLAs, Omni-Channel)

· Customize Sales processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and forecasting

· Develop and enhance Service Cloud features such as case management, automation, assignment rules, escalation rules, and knowledge base

· Configure and optimize Omni-Channel, Service Console, and CTI integrations for customer support teams

· Build automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex to streamline sales and service operations

· Implement approval processes, workflows, and business logic specific to sales and customer service lifecycles

· Develop Lightning components (LWC) to improve user experience for sales reps and support agents





· Integrate Salesforce with external systems like CRM tools, customer support platforms, and third- party services

· Ensure data quality, security, and sharing rules across Sales and Service Cloud

· Analyze business requirements and provide scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices

· Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in Sales & Service Cloud implementations

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

· Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL

· Experience with integration frameworks and APIs

· Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling

· Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and advanced automation

· Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder)

· Experience in handling large-scale Salesforce implementations

· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Exposure to additional clouds (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus

Pay: ₹379,218.75 - ₹627,851.31 per year
