Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and evolve a commercial Salesforce product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications, enhancing system functionality, and driving product features and success using Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable product features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of new product features and modules

Possess a comprehensive grasp of product engineering and the packaging lifecycle





Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Leverage Salesforce declarative tools, such as Flows and Dynamic Forms, for rapid prototyping and enhancing core product functionality.

Perform data migration and data management tasks.

Troubleshoot bugs and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams.

Ensure best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

Maintain documentation for development and system changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2–5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

Strong knowledge of

Apex programming

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Visualforce

SOQL & SOSL

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).

Understanding of Salesforce data models and security concepts.

Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).

Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and code modularity

Possess a comprehensive grasp of product engineering and the packaging lifecycle Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred).

Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
