Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, CPQ and other Salesforce technologies.
- Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
- Manage Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Document technical designs, specifications, and processes.

Experience and Qualifications

- Experience in Salesforce application development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin certification, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II(good to have).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi).
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
- Salesforce CPQ
- Power BI
