Role Summary :
ARA's Client is seeking experienced Salesforce professionals to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Salesforce Agentforce and/or Data Cloud to enhance customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce AI solutions using Agentforce OR Configure and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions.
- Build intelligent AI agents using conversational AI and orchestration flows.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party applications.
- Design scalable agent architecture and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Ensure system stability, security, and performance.
- Support enterprise integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Must-Have Qualifications :
- Strong Salesforce development and technical architecture experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Agentforce OR Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Preferred Certifications :
Candidates should possess some or all of the following certifications :
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Salesforce App Builder
- Salesforce AI Associate / AI Specialist
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Integration Architect
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI.
- Familiarity with Prompt Builder.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
