Role Description The Sales Trainer (Edtech) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and updating sales training programs tailored to NPrep’s products, target customers, and sales processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting live training sessions, developing training materials and playbooks, observing and coaching sales teams, and providing ongoing performance feedback.

The Sales

Trainer will collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging is consistent, customer-centric, and aligned with business goals. The role also involves tracking training effectiveness, identifying skill gaps, and implementing continuous learning initiatives that improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong Presentation Skills and facilitation capabilities for engaging in-person training sessions.

Hands-on experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development, preferably in edtech or related sectors.

Excellent Communication skills,



with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to diverse learner profiles.

Customer Service orientation, with a focus on understanding learner and client needs and improving their experience.

Prior experience in a sales or sales enablement role, with a track record of driving performance improvements.

Ability to design structured training content, including modules, assessments, and role-play scenarios.

Comfort working with data and metrics to evaluate training impact and refine programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or sales are an advantage.

Familiarity with edtech platforms, CRM tools, and digital collaboration tools is beneficial.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a quick-paced, growth-oriented environment.
