Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role

BUYBUZZ INFRA LLP is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent sales expertise, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring team productivity and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Monitor daily sales activities, client follow-ups, and site visits.

Ensure effective lead allocation and timely follow-up through CRM.

Guide and support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting standards, and sales processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.





Coordinate with the Marketing and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

At least 1 year of experience in handling a sales team.

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.

Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
