- Perform prospecting and customer qualification tasks, following direction of Sales Manager

- Manage inbound leads from digital channels, marketing campaigns, and sales referrals.

- Assign or escalate opportunities to Outside Sales as required.

- Maintain accurate opportunity data in CRM.

- Manage communication flow between the customer and Toll origin offices

- Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for customer meetings

- Support all requests for rate quotes from external and internal parties (sales) and overseas offices

- Assist in the preparation of performance reports using customer relationship management (CRM)

- Contact designated house accounts to maintain effective communication with Toll and proactively address and service, rate and current opportunities.

- Research information, prepare and distribute including presentations, reports, graphs, charts, and spreadsheets.

- File rates for all imports/exports to/from US and ensure overseas offices are provide SOP’s





- Facilitate successful on-boarding of new customers including customer code setup, SOP finalization, and invoicing process.

- Perform telesales functions to qualify prospects and sales leads, schedule appointments, and answer inquires about our service products

- Assist with local branch Bids that do not meet the bid team criteria

- Make joint sales calls on potential accounts as required

- Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred candidate profile

- 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding.

- Basic understanding of international and domestic logistics (air, ocean, customs).

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

experience with CRM systems is a plus.

- Familiarity with performance tracking tools (preferred).

- Strong communicator and team player.

- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.

- Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn.
