Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to assist our sales team with administrative tasks and backend operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of sales processes, maintain accurate records, and support the team with reporting and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
- Manage and update sales data in ERP/CRM systems
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions and client communications
- Prepare sales reports and performance dashboards
- Support the sales team with internal communication and follow-up calls
- Ensure timely documentation and tracking of all sales-related activities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field




- 3–10 years of experience in sales coordination, backend support, follow-up calls, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) is preferred

Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales reporting and data management
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
