Location: NPX Urbtech, Sector 153, Noida Work mode: Hybrid — 3 days WFO / 2 days WFH Stipend: ₹10,000/month + performance incentives on qualified leads (no Cap) Duration: 6 months, full time Start: Immediate What you'll do: Make outbound calls & outreach to a curated list of agencies, production houses & OTT platforms Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the founders Follow a structured multi-touch outreach sequence (call, email, LinkedIn)
Log calls & outcomes in our CRM/tracker Get direct, hands-on exposure to B2B sales — working closely with founders, not buried in a large team Who we're looking for: Strong verbal communication (English + Hindi) Comfortable on the phone with strangers, resilient to rejection Self-motivated, target-driven, organized Prior sales/telecalling internship a plus, not required Interested?
