Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Ghaziabad.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, explain insurance products to prospective customers, and guide them through the policy selection and purchase process. The role involves meeting sales targets, managing leads, following up with existing customers for renewals, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address inquiries effectively.

- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets.

- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding of new team members and share product knowledge when required.

- Basic understanding of insurance products and willingness to learn regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Ability to work in office in Ghaziabad, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.

- Previous experience in insurance or financial services sales is preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
