We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is passionate about selling, building customer relationships and converting enquiries into successful orders.
Position: Sales Specialist The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer enquiries across multiple platforms and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle—from enquiry to order closure.

Respond promptly to all enquiries and maintain a high conversion rate.
Sales & Customer Consultation
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing and benefits.
Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Quotations & Follow-ups
Prepare quotations for retail, wholesale and corporate customers.
Follow up consistently until the enquiry is closed.
Handle negotiations within company guidelines.
Maintain an organized pipeline of active leads.

Manage enquiries for
Corporate Gifting
Wedding Gifting
Hotels & Restaurants (HORECA)
Dealers & Distributors
Bulk Orders
Export Customers
Develop new business opportunities and maintain key accounts.
Order Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and accounts teams.
Ensure timely order processing and customer updates.
Resolve customer issues professionally.
Sales Reporting
Maintain enquiry records and customer data.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Track sales targets and conversion performance.
Skills Required
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, IndiaMART, Alibaba, Justdial and CRM tools.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.

✔ During the interview, shortlisted candidates will be given live sales scenarios and role-play exercises to evaluate their communication, objection handling and closing skills.
