Role Description The Sales Representative role at Surya Influencing Agency is an on-site position based in Cooch Behar.

The Sales

Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with brands, and promoting the agency’s influencer marketing, social media, advertising, video production, and graphic design services. Daily activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance.

The Sales

Representative will contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility by consistently meeting sales targets and providing high-quality client service.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Ability to understand and explain digital services such as influencer marketing, social media management, digital advertising, video production, and graphic design.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.

Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and social media platforms; familiarity with creator or influencer ecosystems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.

Comfort working in an in office environment in Cooch Behar and collaborating closely with creative and operations teams.

Prior experience in sales, agency environments, or media/marketing industries is preferred but not mandatory.

Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
