Key Responsibilities

1. Retailer Development &
- Servicing

Regularly visit assigned retailers and workshops

- Build and maintain robust retailer relationships
- Ensure consistent order generation and follow-ups
- Identify and onboard new retailers in the territory

1. Spare Parts Sales &
- Business Growth

Drive secondary sales and achieve assigned targets

- Focus on fast-moving parts penetration
- Promote Hero genuine parts usage among retailers/mechanics
- Track retailer-wise billing and growth trends

1. Inventory &
- Demand Planning Support

Assist retailers in stock planning and SKU selection

- Identify stock gaps and demand patterns
- Coordinate with warehouse team for timely replenishment
- Ensure availability of critical line items

1. Order Management &
- Execution

Collect and confirm retailer orders on a daily basis

- Coordinate with backend team for order processing and dispatch
- Track pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Improve fill rate and service levels

1. Market Intelligence &
- Reporting





Provide updates on

- Competitor activities
- Pricing trends
- Market demand
- Submit daily visit reports (DVR)
- Maintain retailer database and activity tracker

1. Collections &
- Credit Discipline

Support in outstanding recovery from retailers

- Ensure adherence to credit policies
- Follow up for timely payments

1. Mechanic &
- Workshop Engagement

Build relationships with local mechanics and garages

- Promote Hero parts and schemes
- Support local promotions and branding activities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Retailer coverage (No. of visits per day/week)
- Secondary sales growth (₹ value)
- New retailer onboarding
- Fill rate improvement (%)
- Order-to-delivery cycle time
- Collection efficiency (%)
- Active vs inactive retailer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
